Because one good turn deserves another
Program Older brother, older sister is being implemented in Bosnia and Herzegovina for 17 years and is acknowledged by community and organizations of civil society. Every year more and more organizations show their willingness for the implementation of the program, and so does the number of potential volunteers increase each and every year. More than 1,750 children and volunteers have been a part of the Network Older brother, older sister. Unfortunately, the number of children in need of mentorship is far greater than this number. Whether will new organizations, but also kids and volunteers, participate, depends solely on financial resources.
Average expenses for one couple of child-volunteer are following:
·530BAM This amount covers all expenses of socialization of one volunteer and one child for the period of 10 months. This amount also includes the expenses of education, advisory meetings for volunteers, and common workshops and excursions.
·350 BAM This amount, on average, covers the expenses of individual socialization of one couple of child-volunteer over the 10 months period. (30 BAM per couple on average)
·100 BAM This one-time amount covers additional expenses of common workshops, excursions, and education of children and volunteers.
We are inviting all interested institutions, companies, and individual donors to support one couple of child-volunteer through their socialization of 10 months by contributing one of the aforementioned amounts.
