Education of the associates from new partner organizations

As an introduction to the new program cycle, the Foundation for support and development of the mentorship program Older brother, older sister has held last week a two-day education for associates of the new partner organizations. The aim of the education was to closen the notion of mentorship in child–volunteer relationships and to help associates get ready for the cycle’s beginning and education of volunteers.

The education held in Sarajevo was attended by 11 associates from 6 partner organizations. The participants had the chance, besides the educational part, to come up on their own and prepare one of the workshops, and to do so with the rest of the participants.

The associates noted how the education did them good as they gained insight into the future implementation of the program, and how it helped them prepare for the introductory education of volunteers.
